Operations Team

Eugene Miller, Publisher

Eugene Miller is an author, entrepreneur, and publisher. He is the founder of Seattle Sound Publishing, an independent publishing company dedicated to supporting emerging writers and bringing new voices to print. He completed an M.A. in English at Portland State University and lives in Seattle, Washington. As a writer, Eugene is particularly interested in experimenting with genre, form, and literary convention. Outside of his work, he enjoys surfing, traveling, and attending Seattle Mariners games.

Gill Noffert, Editor

Up until this point, Gill Noffert considered herself a poet. More recently, she began experimenting with the short story form, never imagining her work in the genre would see the light of day. She believes the universe has a sense of humor. Gill hails from Kansas and is currently completing her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and English Literature. Outside of writing, her favorite things include food, jazz music, and the people she loves. She has been published twice in Blue Marble Review.
